Volunteer Benefits
We want volunteering at HobbyCon to be something you enjoy too. Depending on the event and shift, volunteers may receive complimentary entry, an official crew pass, time to explore the event, behind-the-scenes experience, and a chance to meet vendors, creators, players and other hobbyists.

Who Are We Looking For?
You don't need previous event experience to apply. We're looking for people who are friendly, approachable, dependable and comfortable working as part of a team.
Most importantly, we want volunteers who share our goal of making HobbyCon a positive and welcoming place for everyone - from experienced collectors who know exactly what they're looking for to families and newcomers attending their very first hobby event.
