2. What we collect

Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect name, email, phone, and city; ticket and event preferences; vendor, volunteer, or media application details; messages you send us; photos or video from shows; and basic website data such as device type and pages viewed.

3. How we use it

We use personal information to run events, reply to you, process applications, send show updates you asked for, improve the site, and meet legal duties. We do not sell your information.

4. Tickets and forms

Ticket sales are handled by Humanitix (or another partner named on the event page). Their privacy policy covers payment and ticket data. Vendor, volunteer, and media sign-ups may use Google Forms, which is processed under Google's terms. We receive the answers you submit so we can run the show.

5. Cookies and analytics

The site may use cookies or similar tools for basic function and, if enabled, anonymous or aggregated analytics. You can block cookies in your browser.

6. Sharing

We share information only when needed: with ticketing and form providers, venues or contractors helping run a show, professional advisors, or if the law requires it.

7. Holding and security

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, or as the law requires.
