Unlock a full year of hobby fun with the HobbyCon Year Pass — your VIP-access ticket to every HobbyCon event in Auckland for the entire calendar year.

Whether you're into trading cards, collectibles, tabletop gaming, or meeting fellow hobbyists, the Year Pass gives you unlimited entry to all Auckland HobbyCon shows with a single purchase.

1. Validity

• The Year Pass grants access to all HobbyCon events held in Auckland within the calendar year it is purchased for.

• The pass is not valid for events outside Auckland unless explicitly stated.

2. Pass Holder Requirements

• A Year Pass is non-transferable and must be used by the original purchaser.

• ID may be required at entry to verify identity.

• The pass may be issued digitally or as a physical card/lanyard.

3. Entry Conditions

• The Year Pass allows VIP admission entry to the event.

4. Refunds, Transfers & Replacements

• Year Passes are non-refundable unless required by New Zealand consumer law.

• The pass cannot be resold, transferred, or shared.

5. Conduct

• Any misconduct may result in removal from the event and/or cancellation of the pass without refund.

6. Acceptance of Terms

• Purchasing or using a Year Pass indicates full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and general terms detailed in HobbyCon attendance.
