FAQ
Do I need to own a business to become a vendor?
Not necessarily! HobbyCon welcomes both established businesses and independent sellers. If you're a collector looking to sell part of your collection, an artist selling your work or someone starting a small hobby business, you're welcome to apply.
How do I apply to become a vendor?
Simply complete the vendor application form for the HobbyCon event you'd like to attend. Tell us about your business or store, what you plan to sell and any other information requested in the application. Submitting an application does not automatically guarantee a vendor space. Our team will review applications and contact successful applicants with further information.
Where can I find vendor information like prices, table sizes & more?
All applications that go to the next stage will be given this information. Get in touch with us with the form.
Can I choose where my table is located?
Vendor layouts are organised by the HobbyCon team to make the best use of each venue and create a great experience for attendees and vendors. Specific locations generally cannot be guaranteed. Some specific shows we allow sponsors and high priority tables to be sold, enquire with us for more information.
Is power or other utilities available at vendor tables?
Power availability depends on the venue and will need to be requested in advance. If you require anything for your setup, please include this in your application so our team can advise what is available.
Can I sell food or drinks?
Unfortunately due to venue constraints and health & safety constraints, we do not allow any food or drinks to be sold by any of our vendors. We unfortunately have stopped taking food or drink vendors for 2026 & 2027.
Can vendors run giveaways or promotions at their table?
We love seeing vendors create fun experiences for attendees. We welcome (almost) all advertisements at our events. However, please contact the HobbyCon team beforehand so we can make sure it works with the event and venue. We are also happy to help out the community, let us know!
How many people can I have at my table?
The number of vendor passes are based on how many tables you get. As a baseline, we provide 2 vendor passes per booking + 1 extra per table.
I still have a question, who do I contact?
We're happy to help! If your question isn't answered here, get in touch with the HobbyCon team via the vendor form and we'll point you in the right direction.
